All clients will have the opportunity to do a patch test for each new treatment if needed, where the treatment states a patch test is needed, it is the clients own responsibilty to arrange one or to sign a waiver in the salon. Patch tests can not guarantee you won't have a reaction and you understand a reaction could occur with any treatment at any time.

Due to the size of the salon, it is best if you can come to your appointment by yourself. If this is an issue then please let me know before so I can try to accomodate the best I can.

With any treatment I will always strive to make sure every client leaves their appointment fully satisfied, if there is any issue then you must bring this up in the salon before you leave. No refund will be given as my time and products have all ready been used.

Clients are asked to please arrive to your appointment ON TIME. Please do not arrive too early as my waiting area is outside and please do not arrive late as I like to run my salon as professionally as I can and be able to give all clients my full attention and 100% of their appointment time. If you are running late then please let me know, if you are 10+ mins late then I have the right to cancel your appointment with no refund so I do not risk running late for my next client.
